Her name is Pamela Isely.
She has a background in both Chemistry and Botany, but now she's a militantly femenistic career criminal. Her hallmark is 'Jessica Rabbit'ing men into doing what she wants... and when her powers of seduction aren't enough, she turns to good old chemistry. (Hmm... another cracked redheaded chemist... Anyone else see a pattern here?) She makes her villainous living by mixing various chemicals from plant extracts.
She's got a hyper-immune system, which means she doesn't get sick or respond to poison (which is why she can wear her trademark poison lipstick). There's a trade-off, though. She's sterile. She can't come to terms with the fact that she can't have her own children, and so tries to deny her desire for any family... but she often creates plant-human or plant-animal hybrids to keep her company (and do her bidding).
