Pack Ranks Alpha: This is the highest rank in the pack. They lead it and provide support for the other members. All decisions are made by them. The rank is bound together by mates, and it is often the custom for the Alphas to lead the pack into battle. Alphas have the final say on everything. This rank may not be challenged for. Alpha Heir: These are the heirs to the Alpha position. Mostly, they are related by blood, but occasionally they may be adopted, or someone the Alpha has taken a liking too. This rank may not applied for. Naia: The wolves of this rank are removed from the rest of the pack. Rules do not bind them and they are free to wander wherever they please. These wolves are held in high esteem and are nearly equal in authority to the Alphas. They may accept wolves into the pack. This rank is usually offered to compensate for a wrong done by the pack. This rank my not be applied or challenged for. Betas: These two wolves are close friends of the Alphas. They are strong wolves, second-in-command of the pack. Betas are equal to the Naia and may accept wolves. They are not bound by matehood. One must be male and the other female. This rank may be challenged for. Ammags: This is the rank that specializes in superior fighting style. They may accept loners and help increase good-will among the pack. There are two wolves in this rank not bound by matehood. One must be male and the other female. This rank may be challenged for. Lead Retnuh: High ranking member of the pack who's job is to plan out and coordinate a hunt. This rank takes orders from the Betas or the Naia. This rank may be challenged for. Retnuh: Member of the pack who's main job is to partake in hunting. This rank may be applied for, but will require a task. Lead Roirraw: High ranking memeber of the pack who's job is to plan out and coordinate attacks. This rank takes orders from the Betas or the Naia. This rank may be challenged for. Roirraw: Member of the pack who's main job is to partake in offensive or defensive attacks on other wolves. This rank may be applied for, but will require a task. Appras: Adolescent wolves currently undergoing training to become a Retnuh of Roirraw. This rank may be applied for. Laehs: Members of the pack who's main job is to look after and repair any ill or injured packmates. This rank may be applied for. A list of herbs can be found here Laehs Neppras: Adolesent members who's job is to assit Laehs while also learning the skills needed to become fully fledged Laehs themselves. This rank may be applied for. Subordinate: Members of the pack with no set job. This is the rank all members will generally start out as. Asitias: Young wolves that are still under the care of their parent(s) or pupsitter(s). These wolves may not be applied for. A member may only join as a wolf if it is adopted.
