Poem
Curious Wondering
By Rhonda Cooley
March 8, 2003

Walking with thoughts gathered round me,
Curious wondering in a mist I see.
Chance happening or purpose rhyme,
Is there a message this time?

Message not clear and feelings obsure,
Do I dare seek a cure,
For this curious wondering that I do,
Sometimes feeling after you?

Life is happy and complete,
No longer at someone's feet.
So why do I wonder and wait,
For this one brought by fate?

Curious wondering leave me now,
I have found the way somehow,
Overcoming you today,
Free to go on my way.

Destiny

Sir Edwin Arnold (1832-1904)

Somewhere there waiteth in this world of ours
For one lone soul another lonely soul,
Each choosing each through all the weary hours
And meeting strangely at one sudden goal.
Then blend they, like green leaves with golden flowers,
Into one beautiful and perfect whole;
And life's long night is ended, and the way
Lies open onward to eternal day.
