uncle really
but everyone calls
him that
's how we think
of him i guess
Tess left him
in 98 his mortgage
is paid he gets
a check every month
for his leg or
his lack of it
UNCLE FRANK's
happy but jittery
on either side of the bar
drop your drink
he'll laugh and replace
it with a double or
pass out with a smile
me i don't drink
but i like to hang around
sometimes it gets real still
out of nowhere and
UNCLE FRANK
methodic and calm
rearranges the special
worthless trophies
and empty bottles
on display behind him
that's how i think
of him i guess
