The Abyss

The abyss is a place where darkness dwells.
To give in to it's grip is a living hell.
Wallow not in it's mire!
Feel not that you deserve this hellfire!
For you are made of "sterner stuff".
You understand there are times,
when life can be tough.
Acceptance and forgiveness
are the keys my friend.
Hold the keys dear to your heart,
and the abyss will end.
