"My Memory Garden"
Tucked away inside my heart,
Are my memories of you.
The things you did, the things you said,
A vision of your face there too.
The love you shared with me,
I see your smile reflected.
I hear your voice say, "I love you",
Oh the times... that I neglected.
Memories fill my heart with such aroma,
As the flowers in a vase.
I have your picture tucked away,
Should my memory wane, or just in case.
I keep your memory with me,
And when I feel alone,
I pick a flower from my memory garden,
And keep it for my own.
