In the stillness of the night?
Do you ask for his forgiveness,
Ask Him to make it right?
Do you hear His Love abound,
In a baby's adoring coo?
Does it speak love into your heart?
Do you hear Him calling you?
God speaks to us each morning,
As we watch the sun slowly rise.
He speaks to us through friends,
As we look into their eyes.
He speaks softly to us,
In the cooing of a dove.
He speaks to us through kindness,
Shown to those we love.
My friend, always stop and hear
what God has to say.
Be still and hear
what He has for you today.
