## A Cup of Tea ##

If music doesn't load correctly just click on refresh.

Tea for one, that aint no fun,
Tea for two, just me and you.
Come on in, I'm glad you came,
Have a chair...Oh me I forgot your name.

I'll pour a cup, Oh mercy me,
I must have forgot to put in the tea.
Please forgive me as I blush,
It seems I'm always in a rush.

No tea, Oh my what must I do?
I wanted things to be jest right for you.
We'll eat a cake and set and dream,
Oh yes, we can always drink the cream.

Now tell me dear, What's on ya mind?
Have the days been treatin' you very kind?
How are the kids? Oh yes that's true,
You never married. What's wrong with you?

I know there's a man just waitin' in line,
To hook up with you, you're jest so fine.
Just take a peek, you've got the looks,
Not to mention that you know your books.

Now what did you say your name was agin?
Seems I'd remember, you're my next of kin.
I'll try to remember as best I can,
I need to pray, you get you a man.

Everbody needs one, more or less.
Who else can you blame fer making a mess?
An' what else can you get to keep yo' feet warm?
Not to mention that they keep ya from harm.

Now pull yourself together it aint so bad,
But you must remember most is already had.
Now you can't just stop and set in the shade,
Or you'll find yurself out to be an old maid.

Now spruce yurself up and go on into town,
And don't be goin' around with no frown.
Wink at them men , an' hope they like what they see,
An come back , ye hear and I'll make ya some tea.
