NOTHING CAN SHEATH MY LOVE FOR YOU

Scatter me to the winds,
and cast my soul's ashes amongst the bones
of the scars of a yesteryear.
Let me light myself amongst the baubles,
as though it really doesn't matter
where I am or who I am.
Because really, it doesn't, without you.
Which is why I won't remain amongst
such recesses of humanity, where I am.
I won't stay where I can't be with you
or where I won't deserve you,
So I'll rise from my knees and unsheath my sword,
because nothing can sheath my love for you.
Not even me.
So don't expect me to be far for long.
I love you.

Written as after THE LOVE THAT FUELS THE WINGS IN MY FEET.
"light myself amongst the baubles" means "alight" as in... land.
Most of it's fairly literal. (Scars of a yesteryear are past wounds of course)
Scatter me to the winds is the whole... scatter me to the winds so I cease to exist feeling.
Cast my soul's ashes amongst the bones is just emphasis, of feeling so strongly that I'd want you to kill my soul too ("you to kill" as in suicidalish feelings).
