LOVE (2)

Eons ago a river began
rushing towards this
split in time,
A finity
splitting to infinity.
A human mind
encompassing eternity;
The shine of a thousand suns
flaring in one blink
unavoidable,
It was fate
leading to love.

Poem about a moment when a person fell in love suddenly (i.e., met a person, knew them for months, and then suddenly felt a spark of realization after which their feelings became romantic love for the other person).
Inspired by some of the wording in "Reproductive Invariance" by Denise Low http://www.poemhunter.com/poems/love/page-/40907733/
The word "unavoidable" ties the first and second halves of the poem together.
Initially I was stuck there not sure what to put to tie the two haves together.
There is no period after unavoidable because I felt that would be too jarring.
I considered titling the poem unavoidable, or something similar, but I felt that would take away the thunder of that word.
