Me Without You
Mouth shut
Eyes open wide
Trying to hide the feelings inside
To speak or not to speak
That is the question I've asked myself
A thousand times
I've heard the lines and felt the lies
My heart can no longer ignore
In you I see my everything
My life, my love, my core
Your words have been my energy
But now that is no more
My eyes have fooled me once again
My heart can no longer endure
My life, my love, my everything,
My friend or my foe
What your intentions truly are
That I still don't know
(EPIPHANY)
Eyes shut
Mouth open wide
No longer hiding what I feel inside
I'll speak that which I couldn't before
And the thoughts I had I'll question no more
The lies and lines I've learned to endure
The core of my soul is stronger
You are no longer my energy, you're that which makes me weak
So now I must speak
Loud and agian until we both understand
Alone I'll live in harmony
Because now I know I can
My heart will always lie with you
But now I know its true,
To love you was incredible
But there is me without you.
