The Court Justices have a very important job to do within the Castle. We are protecting the members of the Castle, especially the children, from exposure to objectionable material. Our actions are vital in maintaining our reputation as a family environment Internet Web Site.

The Chief Justice will receive a copy of each application to join the Castle or its Web Rings and assign one of the Justices to review the applicant's web site to assure compliance with the Conditions to Join.

If the application is acceptable, the site owner will be recommended to The Unicorns to be admitted to the Castle as a member.

If the site is unsuitable, the site owner is contacted, detailing the items in violation of the Conditions to Join that need to be corrected before acceptance as a member of the Castle.

A report of all instances of Condition to Join violations must be sent to the Chief Justice in order for her to independently verify the violations.

The Court Justices also receive allegations of active member violations of the Conditions to Join or the rules of the Competition and investigate the allegations. Any current site owner that is in violation of the Conditions to Join or Rules of the Competition must be contacted, detailing the items need to be corrected.

Correction of the reported violations should be monitored in a timely fashion to assure correction. Assistance should be given in correction where needed.
