 indicate where the downbeats (1234) fall.
-Re: the 6th chord in the Intro (second chord of Bar 2). I have this as a
 C major chord. The bass plays an A note there, but a full A minor chord 
 didn't sound right to me. It sounded like the keyboard was playing C Major, 
 so I went with that. If the C doesn't sound right to you, though, you 
 could try an Am there.
