Brakfast consist of oatmeal, grape nuts, and Granola with dried fruit. Lunches are Tortillas and Pitas with different toppings such as humus, almond butter, honey and tuna. Dinners are Couscous, Quinoa, stir fry, Macaroni and cheese and Pasta. If you notice all these dishes go great with fish and with a little luck and some skill hopefully we will catch a couple.



Snacks are going to be key! We bought 168 Clif Bars for the trip. That is 2 a day every day. That along with trail mix, red vines, snickers bars, jerky, and pretzles will hopefully provide us with the energy to paddle at least 8 miles a day.
