They say laughter is the best medicine, I doubt it'll cure ME/CFS but at least it will help us through, by letting us be more positive.
When ME/CFS first occurs it can be hard to find things to laugh about. Especially 'brainfog' moments. But over time we can learn to laugh about it. Just by changing the way you look at things, to a more positive way, it can make a world of difference when times are tough.
