Bio: The Lord planted the seed of Women of Destiny in the heart of Reverend Joyce L. Pollard in the year 2001. Initially Reverend Pollard had the Pastor John Cherry to be or first speaker. It was not to be so. Pastor Cherry was not able to accept the inviatation and I pondered what should be done with the ministry the Lord had put upon my heart. I then went to the Lord's original plan to access and bring to the Board of Elders and Clergy that Jesus had placed in my heart.
In the year 2003 the Lord prompted me to invite the clergy and Elders to share with them the dream. I still fought with the Lord and He continued to chasen me to move with the dream. Letters were sent out in May 2003 with God's plan for Women of Destiny. Every Pastor and Clergy were invited and attended with the exclusion of one person.
God was and is with us, the meeting was highly praised and respected; so the plans to forth with Women of Destiny which has been a devine move of God.
We continue to move in Him and with Him towards the future of Women of Destiny.
