The Villa has 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms + powder room, and features 1,970 square feet of living space.

It has 2 master bedrooms (one King-sized bed & one Queen sized bed) each with its own en-suite bath, making it ideal for large families or 2 families wishing to travel together.
The villa has its own private south-facing pool,  cable t.v, dvd players, laundry room, and full kitchen facilities, with all conveniences.  

Property Location

The property is located in the gated community of Westridge (Manors North) in Davenport Florida just a short 15 minute drive west of Disney World.  Westridge is situated in the area commonly known as "Four Corners" which is found where Hwy # 27 and Hwy # 192 intersect.  Westridge boasts a quiet tranquil setting close to all attractions, shopping, and a short drive to Championship Golf Courses and the Interstate # 4 highway which you can take to reach the beaches of the Florida coast.

While staying at Westridge, you can take full advantage of the Clubhouse facilities free of charge, which include a large bar lounge, exercise facilities, and a large pool.  For privacy, you may enjoy the villa's own South facing pool where you have sun all day long. The pool lanai offers shade from the hot Florida sun.
