I have more than 15 years experience in residential construction and I am certified in mobile home, pool/spa and mold inspections. My inspections are thorough and precise, so you get a complete and accurate assessment of the property.

Responsiveness

I can often schedule inspections within three to five days of your call. My office is fully staffed Monday through Saturday. There's no waiting for a call back to book your inspection. Complete Reports Delivered On-Site Buyers receive a bound booklet that includes an easy-to-read narrative report, a checklist and useful repair techniques. The report also includes digital documentation that emphasizes the positives and discloses the negatives.

Buyers are encouraged to attend the final half of the inspection to discuss the inspector's findings. While buyers may come earlier, I won't be available while performing the inspection.
