Each person wants to live & work within a Vaastu approved premises. You can achieve the aforesaid with maximum productive utilization of space as per your needs with some minor changes in your residence and workplace. In case of homes and offices, the positive energies can be energised by some minor changes by way of placement and movements as per the tenants of the wonder science of Vaastu with concreate measures since other balancing objects like yantra etc., would not be long lasting and effective. In case of factories, hotels, buildings and townships, a Vaastu audit done before finalisation and Vaastu plan will definetly bring good results. The positive energies thus provides positive results during the work in progress so that your project can complete most effectively and efficiently as per schedule. The prior vaastu suvey and plan would not disturb you during construction and therafter bring gains. Architects mostly says that the project is Vaastu approved. But it is the duty of the future owner to get it Vaastu surveyed prior to finalisation and plan the interiors as per advise. The builder could not implement all the principles since there are so many constraints and of course the buider will not leave an inch, which will be a pinch to his pocket. The client who has already paid through his nose will curse his baneful stars and is still left unsatisfied. If one tries to implement a system with incomplete information, one would generally have to suffer the consequences rather than receiving the benefits thereof.
