Dear Decision-maker
Now, you have a fast and reliable connection to the Turkish market.
I am not the top manager of a multi-million dollar company and the total assets of my home-based business are a small room, a computer, a fax machine and a phone I hardly use.
I do not need all the bells and whistles but I run this business here at my little office by linking major global corporations into the emerging Turkish market.
I can save you some hassle if your business revolves around communicating with the Turkish merchants, Turkish dealers, exporters, importers and Turkish manufacturers.
You do not need to be fluent in Turkish and you do not have to deal with the legal issues or the culture you are not familiar with.
By using my professional service, your business will have a better chance to represent itself in the Turkish market.
In addition, you can save some time and money.
Just tell me how I can help you.
I will get the job done for you and I will do it right.
Regardless of the type of business you are in, I can communicate with the person you like me to talk. I may be able to find the right person for your business.
Since I am physically located in Turkey, I can even go out to the field and visit your prospective client on behalf of you and I can do the follow up activities and I can log the meeting notes as necessary.
Simply, as a remote assistant, I can provide you the logistics support to intelligently work and compete in the market.
I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you.
Thank you in advance,
Evrensel Toker
Dear Recruiter,
Hiring is a complicated process and it is even becoming a daunting task as you receive more applications.
Being in the corporate world so long, I have concluded that face-to-face interaction would have been the best option to communicate my ideas with you.
In the past 8 years,I have worked for the major US corporations in various positions-ranging from-'being a Customer Service Rep.on the floor' to - a 'Dealer Acquisitions Administrator' at TYCO International in Colorado, U.S.A.
Being employed with the largest security service provider in America, I realized that my job was an endeavor where I could identify the business ethics, the diversity and the corporate culture.
During my employment with TYCO, I have acquired the level of judgment and expertise which enabled me to execute the appropriate business decisions and reach the desired results.
Working in so many projects with different level of responsibilities at ADT Security Services Inc, I have become familiar with the entire operation and I have also learned the technical, financial and the legal aspects of the business.
By the time I moved back to Turkey in 2002, I had spent a total of 5 years at TYCO International.
In 2002, I returned to Turkey and I accepted a position at Bossa, Sabanci Holding.
As a ''Key Account Representative'', I was responsible for the sales and export activities that targeted the U.S. market. In less than six months, the quality of the services I provided to my customers and the amount of sales I achieved literally created a record that was full of testimonials and positive feedback from my clients and appreciation from my superiors.
Whilst less than a year at this position, I was invited to apply for a ''SIEMENS position'' by a 3rd party recruiting company.
In 2003, I was offered a position at the SIEMENS' Global Interaction Center and I accepted this position and became a Technical Support Specialist for the TAIS operation. My job required me to use my A+ computer knowledge and my problem solving skills. The communication skills and the language assessment were essential. I answered the technical questions and resolved the product or service related issues at a level of satisfaction that actually met the expectations of the estimated 7 million Americans who purchased one of our products.
In February of 2006, SIEMENS Business Services decided to move its entire operation to Manila, Philippines.
Although I was at the maturity phase at my job, I had to quit as the Istanbul office closed down in May of 2006.
Currently, I am looking for an opportunity in Istanbul area.
Considering the ''communication skills'' is a prerequisite for the ' 'consulting business'', I feel confident that I can meet the requirements of the any position you may have for me at your network or within your organization.
I envisage that your hiring efforts could be an opportunity for my growth and ultimately, I would like to be considered for the selection process ahead.
I look forward to hearing from you and joining your team in the near future.
