You know people sure can conjure up strange thoughts when they think about the Arizona desert. They imagine sand dunes, tumbleweeds and dry washes when they think of this harsh hot land. Desert terrain can be dry and sparse, and of course we hardly get any rain. Yet in March and April it looks like spring here in the desert. What I like most about Arizona, is that throughout the entire year, the desert comes alive with its own barren beauty. I try to capture some of desert colors and life because it is abundant, bright and beautiful.
