Rental of any vehicle, either through this website or via the phone through our customer service hotline, represents a valid and binding contract.
Customers will be charged for one day rental upon cancellation unless cancellation is made 48 hours in advance.
Gryffen Travel does not guaranty what make or model of vehicle will be received by the customer, only that the vehicle will be within the class/size requested. Within certain circumstances, the class of vehicle may be upgraded upon the agent's discretion.

Customers must be 25 years of age or older to legally rent a vehicle through this agency, and must have proof of valid insurance. Customers must display a valid driver's license upon check in with the agency representative.
