People that are trafficked are not illegal aliens. They are victims of a crime.Economic Sanction
The U.S government reviews other countries human trafficking records and if the U.S decides that the country isn't doing enough to improve, an economic sanction can be applied.
The Protect Act
It is a crime to enter the U.S or for a U.S citizen to travel abroad for the purpose of participating in sex trafficking of children. A sentence is 30 years of imprisonment for each offense.
