Capricornia Dance Exchange was established in Rockhampton, Central
Queensland, Australia in April 2005 by Nicholai von Tonslamann and Tony Widjaya with the support of other dance enthusiasts. The Group cooperates closely with multicultural groups around Central Queensland. |

Nicholai von Tonslamann
was born in Australia and has
been an advocate of multiculturalism all his life. Nicholai has lived in
several different countries including South Africa, Indonesia and Singapore. As
a member of Sedenka Folk Dance Group in Sydney, he performed several times at
the Sydney Opera House. |

Tony Widjaya was born in Indonesia and he is interested in many different styles of dance from tap dancing to classical Javanese dance. Tony migrated to Australia in 2002 and has been a citizen since 2004. He enjoys interacting with people of all races and all ages. He has performed in Indonesia, Singapore and many venues here in Australia. |

The dance classes are held at:
Women’s Health Centre, corner of Bolsover and Derby Street, South Rockhampton. Every Thursday from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm Cost: Gold coin donation
Mount Morgan Community Services Hall, Mount Morgan Every Sunday from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm Cost: Gold coin donation
