Sourdough Bread

Its been some time since I fiddled with sourdough breads so I decided to build up a starter on Friday. I also wanted to get rid of the remaining organic wholewheat and rye flour sittting in my fridge so I made up a recipe with 10% of each. The remaining flour was plain flour. The starter was 30% and hydration was 75%.
