IN THE MATTER OF JOHN YOUNGS ESTATE

ELIZA YOUNG KENNEDY and MARY KENNEDY, says that, to the best of their knowledge and belief the said John Young, deceased, and their place of residence are as follows: NANCY B. HORNBECK, late NANCY B. YOUNG, MARY E. KENNEDY, late MARY E. YOUNG, ELIZA P. HORNBECK, late ELIZA P. YOUNG, MARTHA A. KENNEDY, late MARTHA A. YOUNG, SARAH E. YOUNG, CHRISTENA T. YOUNG, MISSOURI A. YOUNG, OSLENIA K. YOUNG, TENNESSEE U. YOUNG AND LARA E. J. YOUNG & the Widow of said deceased all reside in Cedar County and State of ______ that the said JOHN YOUNG made a will' that they make a perfect inventory of, and faithfully admisinster all the estate of the deceased, and pay the debts as far as the assets will extend and the law direct, and account for and pay all assets which shall comm to their possession or knowledge.

I, John _ Young of the County of Cedar in the State of Missouri Do make and Publish this My Last Will and Testament in manner and Form following that is to say:

1. First it is My will that my Funeral expse ___ and all my just Debts be fuly Paid.

2. second, I give devise and bequath to my Beloved wife Eliza Young in ___ of her Dower the plantation on whitch we Now Reside situated in the County of Cedar and State of Missouri Containing about one Hundred and seventy Acres During her Natural Life and all the live stock Horses Cattle sheep Hogs By me now owned and Kept thereon also all the household Furniture and other items not particularly named and otherwise disposed of in the will During her natural life of afforsaid she however first disposing of a sufficiency thereof to pay my just Debts as aforsaid and also to Give to My Daughters that resides with her Equal to those that is at this time Marrried out of my Family. And at the Death of my said wife all the property hereby Devised or Bequeathed to her as aforesaid or so much thereof as my then Remain ________ to My Daughters Nancy B. Hornbeck, Mary E. Kennedy, Eliza P. Hornbeck, Martha A. Kennedy, Mary E. Young, Christena T. Young , _____A. Young, Oralena K. Young, Tennessee C. Young, Lory _ _ Young to their heirs and assignees Forever.

Lastly I hereby Constitute and appoint My said Wife Eliza Young and my ________William T. Kennedy to Be the Executors to this my Last Will and Testament, Remaking and Annuling all Former wills By me made and ratifying and Confirming this and _____to Be my Last Will and Testament In testimony hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal This April 21st Day A.D. 1863.
