Our shipping and handling charges are based on the total weight and dollar value of your order.  These charges have been established to help offset the cost of processing your order while keeping the price of each item as low as possible.  Orders are insured and will be sent with a tracking number so you can see when you order is scheduled for delivery.

Our standard shipping method is surface/air delivery with tracking number.  Customers living in Canada and the U.S.A. should receive their orders within about 14 business days.  Some orders do arrive sooner depending on the bag and location of order.  You will be notified with a tracking number corresponding to the method of delivery the day your order is shipped. 

Occasionally, a delay in the shipment of merchandise may occur due to customs.  Please use your tracking number provided to follow your purchase so that you can be aware of any delays and amended delivery dates.  If you have further inquires, please do not hesitate to contact me via e-mail.

If items are temporarily out-of-stock, the total shipping and handling charges will be divided up proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note that regardless of the number of packages sent out, the total shipping and handling charge will not be increased.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. The Shopping Quack does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
