If you are not delighted with your purchase, I would like to hear from you.  You must e-mail me within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise with your concerns so that I can take the appropriate steps to ensure that your situation is resolved in a satisfactory manner. 

As each supplier has their own guidelines for returning and exchanging merchandise, please inquire about the return policy pertaining to your individual purchase.
