u can join the UFP for Free or become a paid member of he UFP by going to the membership page and filling out the application then sending the money order or check to them and then just state what ship, planet,shuttle, whatever you wanna start. after that hopefully we can send you a ship certificate membership certificate to the Terran Empire. Uniforms are not mandatory
if you cannot find one. websites for your ships or whatever you are creating for your chapter would be very nice to have.
