My name is "Tej" Richard Turner, I was born on 21st January 1986, and I am currently a student studying Film Studies and Creaitive Writing at Trinity College Carmarthen in Wales. I have been writing since I was small and always felt inclined to do it even before I had a computer and was using an old typewriter. I have started to take it a bit more seriously now and am working on a couple of novels in my spare time.

I didnt find my place in the film making until I went to Exeter College where I was lucky enough to study Fine Art: Film & Video, which I first took as an A Level subject because I thought it would be interesting. Since then it has become quite an important part of my life which I am hoping to pursue as a career.

My influences in film and writing would include writers such as Freda Warrington, Tamora Pierce, Maggie Furey and Jean M Auel. Many fantasy/sci-fi/dramas, but I also feel I have quite an Eastern influence from Japanese Animes such as "Neon Genesis Evangelion", "Bio-Booster Armour Guyver", and films such as "Battle Royale".
