Starting Off With The Right Facts
Right,so you wanna start dieting straight away and think you're ready to go? Well before you do I think there's a few facts here that you need to know to make sure you're diet remans healthy because remember - The healthier the diet,the more effective it will be
- Sit down and ask yourself when there are no distractions - Am I really fat?Is dieting really going to be for the best?
- Try not to weigh yourself more than once a week - if you do you may become obsessive (Seriously,I know someone that happened too,scary days.... lol)
- Whatever diet you decide to use(or make up yourself)remember - DO NOT EAT LESS THAN 1400 CALORIES Remember - us teen's bodies are still growing and when we don't eat enough we get dead minging spots on are faces and I dunno about you but I'd rather lose weight little by little then be covered in spots all on my face!
- Keep up the balanced diet thing - don't just eat all fruit and vegetables and hope for the best,it really doesn't work.
Remember these rules and hopefully you will stay healthy.
