REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN IF THE GOODS DO NOT MATCH THERE DESCRIPTION.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE BUYING.
WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOU DO NOT READ THE WHOLE ADVERT.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE READ OUR ADVERT CAREFULLY FOR ANY SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SALE.
RETURN POSTAGE IS TO BE COVERED BY THE BUYER.
REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN THROUGH YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
GOODS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

WE WILL ONLY REFUND THE TOTAL SALE AND NOT PART SALE, THEREFORE ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED.
IF GOODS HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED CORRECTLY WE MAY ONLY REFUND THE ITEM AND NOT ANY POSTAGE CHARGES.

IF YOU RECEIVE A DISC FROM US WHICH DOES NOT PLAY ON ANY OF YOUR DVD OR CD EQUIPMENT (INCLUDING PC) THEN THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN 7 DAYS FOR TESTING.
IF THE ITEM IS FOUND TO BE FAULTY THEN A REPLACEMENT WILL BE SENT OUT.
IF YOUR REPLACEMENT IS STILL FOUND TO BE FAULTY THEN A REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNTIL A REPLACEMENT HAS BEEN SENT AND ONLY THEN IF THIS REPLACEMENT DOES NOT WORK.

3: ALL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS OR AS SOON AS PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE AND CLEARED.

4: WE WILL SHIP TO ANY COUNTRY SO LONG AS THE CORRECT POSTAGE HAS BEEN PAID.

5: YOUR GOODS WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS THAT YOU HAVE REGISTERED WITH THE PAYMENT COMPANY, UNLESS YOU MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS WITH US BEFORE PURCHASING.

6: IF INCORRECT ADDRESS IS GIVEN OR GOODS ARE RETURNED BY THE POSTAL SERVICES, YOU MUST PAY FOR REPOSTING BY SIGNED FOR OR COURIER.

7: ALL GOODS ARE POSTED VIA FRANKING MACHINE OR PAYPAL POSTAGE WHICH GIVES US AUTOMATIC TRACKING INFORMATION.

8: ALL HEAVY ITEMS WILL BE SENT VIA DHL OR TNT.
