The Streetsville Tigers ended a losing November (2-3-2) with a 2-2 tie against the York Toros last night at Weston Arena. To their credit the Tigers came out strong and took a 1-0 lead on a beautiful wrap around goal by Davis Stan. The Toros scored early in the 2nd to tie the score. for the next 10 minutes the play went back and forth until Sean Corvetti stepped up and fired a bullet from the right side that found the "Five-hole" to give the Tigers the lead back. Despite this lead the Toros had dominated but Conor Clark made some spectacular saves until 1:39 when the Toros scored the tieing goal.

Other players of note were Derrick Johnson and David Gallo who put forward a strong effort.

The Tigers and Toros meet up again on Sunday at Vic Johnston arena to continue their battle.
