The Streetsville Tigers AA Bantam team opened up there participation in the Calncy tournament this past week with a couple of decisive wins. On Monday the Tigers faced one of their regular season foes, the Mississauga Braves. The Braves were obviously playing with a depleted line-up while the Tigers were itching to get back on the ice. This combination did not bode well for the Braves as the Tigers, after a bit of a slow start, slowly gained momentum and soon it was a freight train out of control. 13 Tigers goals was the final tally with markers by Justin Iskra with the hat-trick, David Johnston & Dustin Hayward with a deuce each and singles by Shiozaki, Raleigh and Ryan Johnston (I missed some goals...no blackberry & short memory...let me know who else scored). Last night the Tigers defeated the Scarborough Bruins 6-1 with goals being scored by Dustin Hayward, Nick Wallace, Ryan Johnston and Raymond Cadeaux.
