Listen up for all of you people who say its to hard to work out here is a easy weight losing activity, walking its easeir than running and you will be able to walk. If you walk at least a mile a day you wll lose about four to five pounds. The only way for the walking to help you is you are going to have to speed walk. Please posta comment on this entry

In todays society we spend to much tie eating food. lets take McDonalds for example did you not see how the guy ate McDonalds for a month only and almost died because he was overweight. Now tell me why you would like to eat that stuff if it can kill you? For the people who dont agree with me and only eat McDonalds once in a while that is ok, but i am talking about the people who eat it three times a week. I would say that McDonalds is one of the top five worst fast foods for you so why eat it. Please post comments on this entry.
