Stone Blossom Studio is operated by one individual. Each piece is handmade with care. Ceramics are a fragile material. If handled improperly they can be chipped or broken. The cords on beaded necklaces can be stretched and the appearance altered. The clasps are glued into place with a high quality industrial strength glue, but please avoid unnecessary pulling on the necklace. Color variations do occur during the firing process.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or in need of repair I will be happy to repair, refund, or exchange your purchase for one of the same value. You will be responsible for shipping charges. *Stone Blossom Studio reserves the right to charge a service fee for repair, additional shipping charges or refuse a refund due to improper handling of the merchandise.
Stone Blossom Studio will make every effort to ship your purchase in a timely manner. Items in stock will ship USPS First Class (unless other arrrangements are made) within 3 days of receipt of payment. All payments must clear prior to shipping.
