Topic: Lossing the baby weight
Hello, My name is Stacie. I am a stay at home mom. I have a beautiful 10 month old little girl named Shilyn. I am finally taking charge of the post baby weight I have gained. I am 5'4, 26year old. I would appreciate all the support I get and any ideas or suggestions you may have for weight loss. Monday Feb 27, 2006 Week 1 Day 1 Weight: 160 Todays Goal: To eat healthy and stick to my diet and to start a exercising program I can stick with. Long term Goal: To be 125 pounds in 12 weeks. Breakfast @ 9:30 a.m. 1 water weight pill 2 trim spa's Egg beaters w/salsa 2 pieces of 35 cal. wheat toast w/butter spray. Black Cherry Water Exercise: Ab Lounger 1 rep. 25 times 16 mins. of treadmill. 5 min slow walk 5 min fast walk 5 min run 1 min cool down. The way I felt: I started off feeling great but once I started running I was out of breath fast and when I stopped I was light headed. I couldn't hardly make it through 5 min off running, but I forced myself to do it. I didn't realize how out of shape I was. Side Step Ups: 1 rep of 12 Alternate Lat Rows: 1 rep of 12 using 5 pound weights Biceps Curl: 2 reps of 12 each using 5 pound weights Bent over double triceps extension: 2 reps of 12 each using 5 pound wieghts. Personal note: It is hard working out with Shilyn running around everywhere in her walker. Lunch @ 12:45 2 trim spa's 2 grilled chicken strips 1 cup steamed vegetables 1 cup rice 2 Tbsp terriyak sauce Black Cherry Water 1 pack of 100 cal. cookies Exercise: Squats and waist twist
