The St. Columba Health Ministry was formed in 2004 in an attempt to assist our Church and it's already established committees in meeting the needs of our ever growing parish. We come from all professions and all had different reasons that inspired us to join this ministry, but our goal was the same, to offer help to our extended family, our parish. We offer transportation to doctor appointments, family visits and Mass. We provide friendly visits for those who need a remembrance, whether at home, in the hospital, or nursing home. We will provide, as able, referrals to appropriate agencies, and resources until that help is in place. If you or anyone you know, might benefit from our services or have a suggestion for additional services needed in the community, please call us. We need volunteers, both adult and junior too! No amount of time is too small, every little bit helps! Our meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month in the St. Denis - St. Columba School Art Room at 7 PM. ALL ARE WELCOME!
