No one is ever going to give me permission to be myself.
Early programming has taught me not to trust myself - to do a lot of work - to give and not expect anything in return.
Constantly giving without receiving leaves a vacuum that gets filled with lots of other people's garbage, especially if you rush out and help people, hoping to receive some validation. This is called paying your dues.
Validation comes from within. It is called self-esteem., self-love and trusting yourself. Getting the feeling of "loving myself" does not come from any intellectual learning.
Most meaningful is to know that I don't have to prove myself to anyone. I am. I have a right to be. I don't have to do anything, but just be me. I trust myself and I love myself.
Accept,Don't dissect.
