    Here are four kamikaze pilots being briefed prior to take off.  From the expressions on their faces, it can be seen that they fully realize the sacrifice they are being asked to make for their homeland.  It is difficult for Americans to understand why they have not been given the recognition by their motherland for their bravery and devotion to duty.

    Strangely present in the background are what appears to be American pilots.  How their presence could be explained might be that crews of the B-29s that were shot down were often executed in retaliation for their bombing of Japanese cities.  Perhaps they were being allowed to witness the Japanese retaliation being planned for the American fleet.
