Generation X Collections

This is the page that is the home of my pride of my writing talents.  Housed on the following pages are all the Generation X fan fiction that I, and others, have written over the years.  To be honest, when Generation X first came out, I had reservations about it.  Especially when shortly after the series was out, Marvel decided to do its Age of Apocalypse.  However, after it returned from the AOA, and Marvel started it's venture into made for TV movies, I started to get interested with it.

I think what first drew me to Generation X was a character in the X-Men cartoon was one of the key members of Generation X.  I had become fascinated by Jubilation Lee.  As time progressed, I had become fascinated by another character, one whose very presense and being made one feel compassion for them.  That character was the enigmatic Penance.  I also became fasinated with the first villian the series featured, Emplate.  He was a villian with a goal, and sort of a mixed view of his 'relationship' with Penance.

The original team roster from issue #1 was as follows:
Jubilation Lee, Monet St. Croix, Paige Guthrie, Everett Thomas, Jonothan Evans Starsmore, Angelo Espanosa,
The headmasters of the school from issue #1 was as follows:
Sean Cassidy, Emma Frost.

Over the course of the comic, the team added a few members to the official roster, which included:
Penance, Mondo, Maggot (for one issue), Artie Maddocks, Leech, Franklin Richards

By the time the series ended, at issue #75, several members had left the series for various reasons.
Penance, Artie Maddocks, and Leech were now living with Monet's father and sisters.
Mondo was now working with Black Tom Cassidy.
Franklin Richards was now back with his family, Reed and Susan Richards of the Fantastic Four.
Everett Thomas had, honorably, sacrificed his life to save peoples lives during a bombing at the school.

After issue #75, events in the Marvel Universe had changed things.
Sean Cassidy had headed a team called X-Corp, which ended with a getting his neck slashed by Mystique, which didn't kill him, but may have cost him his power.
Jubilation Lee briefly joined the X-Corp, then left, only to almost die at the hands of the Church of Humanity.  She briefly lived a normal life, but returned to X-Men, and then lost her powers during the House of M.
Paige Guthrie also joined the X-Corp.  Afterwords, she formed a relationship with Angel.  I'm not sure on what happened to her in the House of M.
Monet St. Croix was also a member of the X-Corp, however afterwards she seemed to disappear.  In the end, she joined Jamie Maddock in a mutant detective agency.
Angelo Espanosa died at the hands of the Church of Humanity, crucified on the X-Men's front lawn.
Jonothan Evans Starsmore had a breif love affair with popstar, and served with the X-Men.  However the events of House of M have left Jonothan on artificial life support.
Emma Frost is now at the Xavier School for Higher Learning, filling in for the late Jean Grey-Summers.

I must also mention the person who gave me my fanfiction writing break. Clare Mulroy, who had run Kindred Spirits, gave me my break.  Over the years she had run the site, I had conversed with her, and other writers on the page.  By the time that her last update went up, most of my stories for my main series was up on the site.  I cannot mention this site with giving props to her.
