My ideas
I
– obviously – believe in one God, and I prefer to relate to it as an eternally
living being that is present throughout all the Universe; a spirit – ghost –
that is always present (everywhere).
I
believe we live in an Universe that has been around forever. I don´t belong to
those believing in a “Big Bang” that started it all. My argument for this view
used to be simple when I believed there was a natural redshift that explained
why people believe the Universe is expanding. The idea of natural redshift was
that of all emission naturally redshifting – over time. If that had been the
case then we´d collect the very data we collect of redshift from everywhere.
Later
I have had to revise this idea because it seems that one and the same galaxy
can emit both red- and blueshifted emission. I am a bit uncertain if I
have these facts right, but this is what I assume to be true here: that the
emission from e.g. Iron can be blueshifted from one galaxy at the same time as
the emission from Hydrogen from the same galaxy is redshifted.
When
I learnt this I had to revise my belief in a natural redshift – opposing the
theory of expansion.
Today
I simply don´t believe in any expansion, and that´s that with that: I can´t
support this belief with facts. This means that I believe the scientific
community in this area has walked astray.
So,
to conclude:
#1.
One God, living everywhere, forever.
#2.
The Universe is Eternal.
