I offer a number of different administration services, and we can discuss your individual requirements.
Email Services-I can check your email for you, and make you aware of
any urgent queries that need to be dealt with. I can also respond to customer
queries if needed.
Bulk Mailing-Are you in need of someone to assist with direct mailing to
your customers or potential customers? Then look no further! If given a database
I can mail merge letters to customers or potential customers and send them out
for you
Word Processing-I am very experienced at writing letters. If you give me the
gist of what needs to be in the letters, I can send them out for you, whether it
be individual letters or a mail merge.
Copy Typing-Got hand written notes that you need typed up? I can type them
up to your specifications and email them back to you.
Audio Transcription-Do you sometimes record meetings with employees or
clients? I can transcribe audio files into a Word document for you and email
them back to you.
Reports-If you need a report made up for any reason, I can type this up for
you to any specifications that you have.
Spreadsheets -Do you deal with spreadsheets and graphs? If you give me the
data, I can complete the spreadsheets for you and configure graphs if needed.
Data Base Management-Do you have a list of clients that you would like to
get a bit more organised, and so it is easier to update? I can enter your data
into a database for you, and then keep it up to date for you.
Desk Top Publishing-Need to create leaflets or posters? Just tell me what
the subject and basic data is, and I can create these for you.
PowerPoint Presentations-If you need to have a presentation for a meeting,
but don't have the time to create it, then I can create it for you, and email
you the file.
