I am a North Carolina native with 20 years of experience in manicures, pedicures, specializing in pink and white acrylics. During my extensive career, I have learned that some areas in the field of nail care are best served not using the technology now offered in the nail salon market. Examples are: Drills which can be damaging to the nail bed, so I manually shape and file my clients nails. It has also become apparent that there is a severe health risk to use pedicure thrones. My new salon offers a heat-massaging spa chair with a separate foot bath. The foot bath can then be completely sanitized and dried to ensure total disinfection, which prevents nail fungus.
