This is a Colt 1903 in .32 ACP. Slide is marked “COLT’S PA FA MFG CO HARTFORD CT USA/ PATENTED APR 20 1897 DEC 22 1903”. According to the serial number, it is the type III without the barrel bushing which was made from 1910-1926.The serial number on this one is 391xxx .This pistol has that beautiful brown patina that folks like. There is very light pitting uniformly on the left side of the slide and frame with the right side showing very little pitting. No problems with the grips other than the usual wear associated with a gun of its age. The magazine is of Colt manufacture with the toe bent slightly. There is a slight bulge in the barrel near the front end, but it is so slight that the slide still operates normally (I did not notice the bulge until I was checking it out to type this ad.) Overall this is a nice gun for its age and priced to sell.
