Leaving my street, bit foggy this morning (26/5/06)
Through this gate (and the fog) across a padock
On the way home, no fog
Small water crossing in the storm water drain that I ride along for a few hundred metres
Up to the main road for a short stint
At least there's a bike lane
Across this bridge
and turn down next to it, this is where the fun begins
Track follows Kororoit Creek
A bench for reflection
Small section of tar that leads no where, this is about 1/2 way through my commute
That's the Westgate Freeway
Under the freeway is a different world
Have a look at that travel time board, all red, and it's only 7am
A disused bridge (well, I use it to cross the creek)
On the way home
Then down the other side
More disused bridges, these ones are interesting looks like a big pipe inside one of them, don't know what it was used for?

View from the top of bridge (old sewer duct?) the bridge to the right is to be part of the Federation trail...
Nice bridge though
Yuck, there's no way round this, can be a big problem after rain (this has been a dry week).
Can't ride this hill, too slipery, it's hard enough walking up it
Looks like someone had major toilet dramas...
The path winds along behind much industry
Have to pick the right line to get up here
This is where I rejoin civilisation
A few industrial back streets
The most dangerous part of my ride, this roundabout is bad in a car and bikes are not welcome...
The trusty stead does it again, a little dirty but it will get a good clean and service tonight.
