"First of all lets be real friendly here, my name is Norm and secondly your coaching days are over!" - Norman Dale This is Rick's fifth year as head coach at Conwell-Egan. He has been a member of the CEC coaching staff for the past nine seasons. Rick is a 1999 graduate of CEC and a 2003 grad of Kutztown University. He was an assistant coach at Holy Name High School in Wyomissing, PA while in college. Rick teaches in the Morrisville School District and resides in Langhorne. Rick Sabol Head Coach   This is Dick's tenth year as a member of the CEC coaching staff. He is a graduate of Towson High School in Maryland and West Chester University. Over the past 40 years, Dick has coached and been on the coaching staff of numerous high schools and colleges including Penn State University. He is currently an instructor in the Department of Kineseology at Penn State University (Abington Campus). He and his wife,Lynda, reside in Allentown and have one son,Drew, who graduated from Rider in 2005. Dick Wiseman Assistant Coach
