In the last eight years, World's Greatest Shave has raised in excess of $55 million. The Leukaemia Foundation holds the Guinness World Record for the Most heads shaved over a 24 hour period, set between 12 pm on April 16, 1999 and 12 pm on April 17 1999.
Each year around 100,000 people across the country pledge to shave or colour their hair to raise funds for the Leukaemia Foundation.
Money raised will care for patients and families living with leukaemias, lymphomas, myeloma and related blood disorders.
The Foundation sets an international benchmark in the care and support of patients and their families. They also fund cutting edge research into better treatments and cures through our National Research Program helping to improve survival rates for adults and children.
Anyone can participate in the World's Greatest Shave, including individuals, teams, schools, community groups, clubs and businesses.
