Ryan Rinkerman's Game Show Trading Page

IMPORTANT NOTE: I'm closed until I get a new PC. The one I'm on doesn't seem like it'll last much longer.

Also: it's not often I do something like this, but I feel it's important enough. Over the years, the Television Production Music Museum has provided some awesome audio & video. Well, the museum needs to raise $750 in order to renew its license with BMI. Without it, the music section of the site will close. If you have some cash to spare, please check the site out and donate. Every little bit helps! :)

And there we have it. Another year over.

Let's have a brief recap of that crazy year of 2009. Jeopardy got a fresh new set, shedding the brown squares in favor of some brightly-colored triangles. Some old favorites made a comeback; Newlywed Game and Let's Make a Deal have returned to great reviews and ratings. Regis also returned to Millionaire during the summer, and nearly crowned a millionaire during his run. New game shows came from the most unlikely places: Cartoon Network & Science Channel debuted their first game shows this year. While some shows enjoyed success, many new shows weren't so lucky. Game Show in my Head quickly left our minds, and Crash Course crashed and burned.

Unfortunately, 2009 was also the year we said goodbye to a number of talented celebrities. Dom DeLuise, Fred Travalena, Farrah Fawcett, Michael Jackson, Soupy Sales, Billy Mays, and Ed McMahon were among the many greats who passed away this year.

It's been one heck of a year...and one heck of a decade! Thanks to all whom I've done business with this year; it's been great fun. Hopefully, I'll be back at the beginning of the year. After I resolve a few technical things (my PC being the big issue!), I'll be back and open.

Until next time, enjoy the holiday season, and I hope 2010 is a great year for you!
