A Zaftig Woman Wild Apple Shea Butter Body Cream

At first, I thought this was going to smell like that apple hairspray, which although pleasant, was pleasant for hairspray- it was still hairspray. But once you get it rubbed in, the hairspray changes into something else that makes sense in the scent, and it's better. However, the apple is still a little potpourri-ish, but not in a fake way, just that it's kind of strongly scented. It still has a nice sweet/tangy fresh apple scent, but just like maybe there are other fruits mixed in, or like cooked apples with a hint of spice or apple-berry cooked dessert, because real raw apple does not smell that strong or sweet, although I think the tanginess is fairly accurate to raw apple. This is definitely something like maybe how a Pink Lady smells but not tastes, or like the apple-berry cooked dessert in the TV dinners with a little extra tanginess. However, that's not exactly a drawback, except that berry is not my all-time favorite fruity scent, so I prefer my apple scents without berry. Overall this is a very pleasant, wearable fruity scent, fresh, sweet, tart/tangy, and crisp. And it smells even better on than in the bottle, a sign of a quality scent- it's designed to be improved by skin chemistry rather than ruined or reduced by it. The only major drawback is that hint of hairspray that changes but never entirely disappears.
